After qualifying in 2004, I worked in France, initially as a psychologist in the field of career guidance and employment support for 11 years, before training in Ericksonian hypnosis and setting up my own practice.
In Berlin, I worked in a social services organisation (Schwulenberatung) as a support worker/psychological counsellor and also in the field of professional coaching before returning to private practice to offer clinical support.
I trained in EMDR to better understand trauma and continue to develop my skills in various approaches whilst receiving regular supervision.
I also offer supervision to other therapists.
I am deeply committed to the LGBTQI+ communities (Act’up Sud Ouest) and am well-informed about the issues facing our communities.
I work as part of a network with other French-speaking psychologists and therapists. We meet regularly to exchange views on our practices, keep each other informed and discuss psychological concepts and themes.
I share my practice with the French psychologist Manon Reynaud.
I offer psychological support to help you understand yourself and the challenges you may face in your life; to identify and understand your patterns so that we can explore more suitable strategies to overcome them.
I use an integrative approach to psychology that combines different schools of thought within psychology with concepts from sociology (systems of oppression, social classes, etc.) to better understand your individuality and thus tailor my support to your specific needs.
If you have French private health insurance and hold an ADELI number, you may be eligible for reimbursement, depending on your insurance provider.
I also offer supervisions.
